Kazbegi – Sno – Juta (2 Days)

Day 1

Tbilisi – Ananuri Fortress – Gudauri – Truso Gorge – Gveleti Watrefall – Stepantsminda

After the breakfast we will drive along Georgian Military Highway in direction to Kazbegi Mountain (5033,8m) located in a small village Stepantsminda.

En rout we will stop to watch Zhinvali water reservoir and make a visit to Ananuri Fortress (16-17th).
Lunch in a small family restaurant where you can taste traditional Georgian dishes like barbecue or trout from the Aragvi River or vegetable dishes in case you are vegetarian.
Drive along one of the most famous Georgian ski resort Gudauri and stop near the picturesque Russia – Georgia Friendship Monument which is located on the cliff of the mountain. Great place for lovers of extremal and impressive photos.Holy Trinity  church (14^th) on Gergeti Mountain (2200m above the sea). This  place discovers   a wonderful view of the local beauty in surrounding of the mountains

Day 2

Stepantsminda – Sno – Juta – Tbilisi

• Village Sno is our next destination. On our we will  meet ancient watchtower and interesting valley with  big stones on which are carved the heads of famous Georgian writers.

There is the residence of current Patriarch of Georgia Illia II in Sno.

• Further we will drive to the mountain  Juta  village(2100m). Stop  in Zeta Camp.  Here we will take a horses to get a walk in direction to Chaukhi mountains. The nature and atmosphere of the place are conducive to active recreation.
• Return to Tbilisi
