Day 1

Tbilisi – Ananuri Fortress – Gudauri – Kazbegi  – Tbilisi (Gudauri Ski Resort )

• Ananuri Fortress built on legends and bitter conflicts in 16-17^th C. The place is full of military intrigues and history. Once upon a time, it was one of the strongest fortresses in all of Georgia. The complex of religious and military buildings beautifully situated overlooking Jinvali Reservoire.
• Zhinvali reservoir, azure color of the water which still did not leave anybody indifferent. This place presents you unforgettable feelings and photos.
• Georgian ski resort Gudauri

• Arch of Georgian – Russian Friendship . A cylinder monument with a spectacular vista from the rock cliff over the surrounding landscape( more than 2000m).It is a monument built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the  Treaty of Georgievsk and the ongoing friendship between Soviet Georgia  and  Soviet Russia . The massive round “friendship” monument still looks out over Devil’s Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.
• Stepantsminda Village
• Gergeti Church  (14^th, C.) poised dramatically on a mountaintop  and stunningly at night . From the  Gergeti (Holy Trinity ) Monastery , you have a stunning view over  Mount Kazbek. At  5, 047m, Mount Kazbek is one of the highest  mountains in Georgia and lays on the border between Russia and Georgia.The mountain is covered be various glaciers and permanent  snow-fields .

Day 2

Signagi – Bodbe  – Shumi (Wine tunnel ) – Tsinandali House Museum

• Signagi. The city is surrounded by the famous Alazni Valley. It is one of the finest examples of a Georgian medieval city. Signagi also has a second name – the City of Lovers – because of a 24/7 available Wedding House,  where anyone can get married any moment. The town is surrounded by a long wall with more than 20 towers and for this reason got the name “defencive”.
• Only 2km away from Signagi  located Bodbe Monasterywhere are saved the relics of St.Nino. Here opens a wonderful view of Alazani Valley.
• Tsinandali House Museum . Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, the founder of the Georgian romanticism turned the estate in the village of Tsinandali, which he inherited from his father into cultural and intellectual center of the country, the status it preserves to this day.
• The Chavchavadze Family Estate is exquisite – from the architecture to the French and Russian furniture and decor.Outside the house, is the beautifully landscaped garden is very restful and peaceful, which is a perfect extension to the relaxing and comfortable interior of the house.
• Shumi Winery. The main advantage if the “Wine company SHUMI” is a full circle of production in a so called “closed cycle”, implying all stages of wine-making, from growing and harvesting grapes to producing and bottling finished wine in brand-name bottles and realizing it through distinguished trading outlets with impeccable reputation.

Day 3

Tbilisi City Tour

Tbilisi’s  Walking tour is a great way to explore the city centre on foot, and find out more about how Tbilisi became the city it is today.

City tour includes walking all round the old city quarter of Tbilisi. Tbilisi is one of the most interesting Georgian cities . Tbilisi  has links with the legends of King Vakhtang Gorgasali (5^th C.) who is considered as founder of  the city and Abanotubani district (district of sulfur baths ) is claimed to be the place where history of  the city starts.

Other attractions of the city  include many fine buildings, craft shops and a sculpture . Other attractions in the area include Bridge of Peace (made of glass), which commonly appears on postcards of the city, and the Metekhi temple and bridge (12^th). We will take the cable car to get to the Narikala Fortress  on the top of the mountain, which was established in 4^th C., and long considered a symbol of Tbilisi’s defense and enduring strength. Narikala offers you some of the best panoramas of the city. Then we will take a walk along the Narikala Tourist Route (150m), including a visit to the Mother of Georgia statue, and continue to the Abonatubani district, where you can find the legendary Sulphur baths and Legvtakhevi waterfall directly in the city center!

During the tour we will visit one of the oldest bakeries of Tbilisi where our guests can taste traditional Georgia bread.
